On December 17, 2016. In Kutaisi Center for Civic Engagement was held award ceremony of photo competition “Energy Efficiency – lifestyle”. Each participant was given certificates, eco-calendar and eco-lamp. The winners were awarded with solar lamps. (The solar lamps were made by the students in the framework of “CLEEN” project)
On December 15, 2016. In Kutaisi Center for Civic Engagement the second stakeholders meeting was held, which was attended by municipal employees, public school students and Tsereteli State University lecturers and students. The meeting was held to discuss Kutaisi Sustainable Energy Action Plan, which was in the framework of Covenant of Majors. The participants discussed important issues such as problem identification, outlined measures to resolve the problem and rising public awareness.
On December 1, 2016 another meeting was held with students of the N 33 public school. The goal of meeting was to give information about energy efficiency and energy saving. At th end of the meeting students were involved in group work and discussion.
On November 30, 2016, within the project “CLEEN” – meeting was held with students of school “XXI Century”. In the framework of the meeting, they were provided with information on climate change and its possible consequences. An animated movie was shown about “Climate Change.”.The students were actively involved in the discussion concerning the human impact on the environment. Pupils were given project booklets and informational materials.
პროგრამა “CLEEN”-ის ფარგლებში 2016 წლის 13 სექტემბერს ჩატარებული ენერგოინსპექტირების შედეგები წარუდგინა დღეს ჩვენმა ორგანიზაციამ დაინტერესებულ მხარეებს. შეხვედრის დროს საუბარი შეეხო ისეთ საკითხებს როგორიცაა “მერების შეთანხმების ინიციატივა” და ქ. ქუთაისი ენერგეტიკის მდგრადი განვითარების სამოქმედო გეგმის განხორციელების ეტაპები. ასევე მერიის ხელმძღვანელობას გადაეცა ენერგოინსპექტირების შედეგად შემუშავებული “ქ. ქუთაისის მერიის შენობის ენერგოინსპექტირების ანგარიში” და შენობის სერთიფიკატი.
